The Grand Atriums and Open Hallways

The Grand Atriums are two 28 feet wide atriums which open to the sky providing natural light and rainfall with free flowing ventilation to the residential units and common areas.

The Open Hallways offer the residents the luxury of privacy. This design innovation means that no units are placed across each other.

All condo units has individual private balconies bringing a bit of outside in.
